The hopper have a water jacket heated by electrical heater.
The machine is a special equipment for fixed quantity chocolate forming. It can be applied for mono-color, sandwiched and loose-fruit seeds chocolate forming, integrating baking, roasting, die casting, vibrating to knock down the formed chocolate, conveying in one with multifunction chocolate former.
The machine works procedusre:
Moulds be placed on the stainless steel box by hand, then be entered in by chains to the place under the depositor, optical-electrical switch will test if there is a mould under the right position, then shot if tested right, then vibrating, then exit by chains.
After that, take the mould by hand to the cooling tunnel or refrigerator to store.
